    Workers Compensation:

    • Statutory Benefits, as required by the State in which work is performed

    • Waiver of Subrogation

    Commercial General Liability:

    • $1,000,000 Each Occurrence

    • $2,000,000 General Aggregate per Project/Location

    • $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate

    Additional Insured:

    (Including Primary and Non-Contributory Language)

    • Waiver of Subrogation

    • $1,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury Limit

    • $50,000 Fire Damage- Any One Fire

    Commercial Automobile Liability:

    • $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit; for all Owned, Hired and Non-owned Autos, including Broadened Automobile Pollution Liability
