COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – Scheiner Commercial Group, Inc. (Scheiner), a privately held commercial general contractor headquartered in Monument, Colorado, today announced that it has completed construction on Deutsch & Deutsch Fine Jewelry & Watches, a new retail store located in El Paso, Texas. Owned by the Deutsch Family out of Laredo, Texas, this facility is located within The Fountains at Farah, a new 60-acre, 600,000 square foot development catering to specialty lifestyle retailers and restaurants. The grand opening to the public is scheduled for Friday, November 15 with a variety of Brand Representatives on site to present and discuss their fine jewelry offerings.
Designed by Missouri-based Icon Architecture, this 3,300 square foot tenant improvement facility showcases high-end custom finishes for all building components including flooring, ceiling, lighting and jewelry cases. All brand specifications were custom built for participating vendors such as Rolex, Cartier, Bulgari, Gucci, Mont Blanc, Tacori, Roberto Coin and many other fine jewelry and watch lines.
“It’s been a privilege to be associated with the Deutsch Family’s genuine enthusiasm for superior design and creating lasting relationships with valued customers,” said Grant Long, Scheiner’s Vice President. “Being part of their team has been very rewarding and we are proud of constructing a lasting facility that is a noteworthy addition to The Fountains at Farah town center in El Paso,” Long added.
Founded in 1928 in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico by Aladar Deutsch, Deutsch & Deutsch is a family tradition spanning 85 years and is owned and operated by Deutsch brothers Ito, Tad and Lance and their Father, Russell. Their tradition of hard work and ingenuity has been the driving force behind its evolution from a modest tourist shop into one of the most prominent and respected jewelers in Texas and across the United States. In additional to the new location in El Paso, other Texas locations include Houston, Laredo and McAllen. Services include the sale of fine jewelry and watches, the design and production of custom jewelry and repair work on all products sold.
“Our new El Paso location is the first new store in 20 years and we are very excited to open the doors and begin developing lasting relationships with our new customers,” said Ito Deutsch. “If opportunities like El Paso continue to present themselves, our expansion phase will continue into 2014 and we look forward to the possibilities for continued growth,” Deutsch concluded.
